1Acceptance

By opening the site, registering or leaving a comment you accept these terms and the Risk disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2What the service is

StatPuls shows information about investment projects, monitors and blogs, and offers accounts, comments, notifications and advertising. It is not a financial service and not investment advice.

3Accounts

• There are three account types: Investor, Blog or monitoring owner, Project administrator. Provide true data and a working e-mail, confirm it by the link we send.
• Keep your password and 2FA safe. You answer for everything done from your account. Tell us at once if you suspect a break-in.
• One person, one account. Creating many accounts to collect rewards or to influence ratings is forbidden.
• Owner and administrator status is given only after the site domain or the project is verified. We may withdraw it if the check stops passing.

4Comments and reviews

• Write about your own experience, honestly and politely.
• Forbidden: spam, advertising, referral and invite links, insults, threats, personal data of other people, fake or paid-for-others reviews, and any attempt to manipulate a project rating.
• Only registered users can comment. We may hold comments for moderation, edit out forbidden parts, hide or delete a comment and block the account without notice.
• By posting you allow us to show your comment on the site and in its languages. The text stays your responsibility.

5Paid comments

• Some projects run a campaign where a useful comment can earn a small reward. The size, the budget and the period are shown on the project page and can change.
• A reward is paid only for a comment on a project with an active campaign, from a registered account, with a valid and unused transaction hash (TxID) that proves a real deposit. A comment without TxID can be published but is not paid.
• Every paid comment is checked by a moderator. We may refuse or cancel a reward for a fake deposit, a copied or meaningless text, a repeated TxID, abuse of limits or any attempt to cheat. A cancelled reward is not paid and may be taken back from the balance.
• The campaign budget is limited. When it ends, rewards stop. A reward is not a salary and we do not guarantee that a campaign will exist.
• Withdrawals go to the wallet you give, in the network you choose. A wrong address or network is your responsibility, a transfer cannot be reversed. Minimum amount, daily limits and automatic or manual payout are set by us and can change.
• Taxes on rewards are paid by you.
• If you choose a blog or monitor you came from, it may receive a bonus from the campaign budget. Your own reward does not change.

6Advertising and paid placement

• Banners, boosts and other paid placements are marked and are not our recommendation. The advertiser answers for the content and the offer.
• The order, the price and the terms are shown on the Advertise and Boost pages. A placement can be refused or removed if it breaks the law, misleads users or harms the site.

7Notifications and the Telegram bot

• You can get alerts in the cabinet, by e-mail and in Telegram. You can pause or turn them off at any time. We may be late or miss an event, so do not rely on alerts alone.

8Forbidden use

• Attacks, scanning, attempts to break or overload the site, bypassing limits or the captcha.
• Mass copying of the data and automatic collecting without our written permission.
• Pretending to be another person, a project or StatPuls.

9Intellectual property

• The design, the code, the texts and the ratings of the site belong to StatPuls. Names and logos of projects belong to their owners. You may quote short parts with a link to the source.

10Disclaimer and liability

• The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that information is complete, correct or up to date, or that the site works without breaks.
• To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses connected with the use of the site, with third-party sites or with investments. Read the Risk disclosure.

11Changes and ending

• We may change these terms and the rules of rewards. The date of the last update is at the top, continued use means that you accept the new version.
• We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. You can ask to delete your account at any time through support.
